Sebastian is a husband, the father of two teenage boys, a football coach, and used to be very active in sports. Today, regular exercise plays a smaller role in everyday life, which makes KetoWizard personal for him.

After his father died too early at 70, overweight and affected by type 2 diabetes, Sebastian decided to take his own health more seriously. When the scale first showed 100.3 kg, he had crossed a 100kg-line he never wanted to cross.

A coaching license seminar introduced him to ketogenic nutrition, and he started eating keto that same day.

To make the complex mechanisms of the keto diet accessible, he continuously evaluates current scientific studies and nutritional guidelines to provide well-founded and safe practical knowledge.
