Pour 200 ml of full-fat milk kefir (at least 3.5% fat, long ripening) into a blender. Add 50 g of fresh or thawed raspberries, a pinch of ground vanilla, and 1 tsp of erythritol. Blend on high for 20 seconds until the drink is evenly pink and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a few whole raspberries. If you prefer no seeds, strain the drink through a fine sieve before serving.

Isn't kefir a problem because of the lactose?
