FAQ

Can I replace espresso with regular coffee?

Yes: dissolve 2 tsp of instant espresso powder or instant coffee in 60 ml of hot water. Flavor is comparable, just slightly less intense. Drip coffee works too but tastes milder. If you do not like coffee, just leave it out and use 60 ml extra cream, for pure chocolate truffles.
